All members and would be members are asked to review the forum rules and guidelines. It is important that you know these things, beforehand, to helps us to maintain a nice forum home.

- No Racism. This forum welcomes all people. We do not discriminate gender, race, nor religion. It is not acceptable anywhere in the forums and is a sure way of getting banned.
- No spamming. Please do not make multiple threads/posts which have no logical discussion or are not in accord to subject of thread/board. If you have made a mistake in your thread/post, please Modify (edit) your thread/post, rather than starting a new one. This also includes back to back posting or "double posting".
- Posting of inappropriate material/images will not be allowed. ie. mild to strong adult content, violence, racism, drugs use, bad language. Refrain from posting trademarked and copyrighted material/images, as well. Chainletters and petitions are also forbidden from this forum.
- Please do not advertise websites or forums in your signatures/graphics. Exceptions are made when supplying a link/name credit for the artist and/or creator of your graphic/image. However, you may share those links in the appropriate board(s).
- Members must have a total of 50 posts, before being able to advertise their own website(s)s or forum(s) and be an active member of this forum. Website plugging is done here. If you would like to share other websites with the forum, you may list them here. You do not need to have any certain number of posts to recommend a link(s), provided that you do not abuse of this. Anyone with less than 50 posts advertising will have their advertisement deleted (may it be a thread, reply, signature...etc.).
- Refrain from having large and/or heavy animations and graphics as your avatar and signatures. You may have a maximum of 3 signatures (all in moderate size). If your signature(s) widen(s) the forum's table width, they will be removed by a staff member.
- Images in post may not exceed 5, except if posting in our Photo Album. You may share to your heart's content, but keep in mind that some members may have a slow internet connection.
- If using an avatar/image from the forum's Avatar List, please be aware that some of them are personal avatars/images that belong to forum members. In example, it make contain the member's username or real name in the file title or the graphic itself.
- We will not tolerate any kind of disrespecting nor harassing behavior. We are a friendly forum and we tend to keep it this way. KEEP OUR FORUM DRAMA FREE PLEASE
- Please do not create usernames with foul or disrespectful names/words. We have members of all ages and from all walks of life.
- DO NOT TYPE YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION IN CAPITAL LETTERS. Use lowercased letters to fill in your information, especially when typing your e-mail address. Not doing so may result in your registration not being successful. And remember to double-check your entered information before clicking away to join because many times, members type in their e-mail address wrong and do not receive a confirmation e-mail.
- No alter egos. Do not create more than one forum account. If you wish to have a new account name, you must contact the forum Admin and let them know. Your account can be deleted so you may create a new one. If you would like to keep all of your Karma points and Post count, be sure to let the Admin know. This is a one time deal and will not be done everytime you decide to have an account change.
- Please be an active member of this forum. We do not want to see members registering only for the requests and freebies. We also want members to post in the Chit Chat board once in a while. We'd just like for members to be interactive with other members and not just post in one part of the forum. In example, only posting in the games thread to win prizes.
- All inactive members will be dismissed. This means, if you have not posted within a week or two upon registering, you will be deleted from this forum (this is to avoid any possible prowlers, "sticky fingers", trolls etc...). Unless you feel you may have entered the wrong information when registering, feel free to contact the forum's admins for assistance. Members that have not been active in the forum for more than a month will be sent a e-mail. If no response is given, then their account will be deleted. Unless the member has notified us of their pending absence, their account will remain intact. Deleted members may register again, but if they are inactive once more, then they will be deleted and/or banned from this forum.
- All new registered members are asked to check their Spam, Junk, or Bulk mail folders, for the Proboards confirmation e-mail & forum password, after registering. If you use an AOL e-mail address, it is probable that you will not receive the e-mail right away. Please refrain from creating multiple accounts, just because you did not receive your confirmation. It is recommended that you use an alternate e-mail address such as Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail.
- All mail sent by your forum Admins Karla (Silent Eyez), Renee (dulce67), or Global Moderator Stevie (shortcake5284) will be sent from sdnet_forumATyahooDOTcom, sdforumATsilentearsDOTnet and/or silenteyezAThellokittyDOTcom. So, please be sure to check those folders. You may want to add those addresses to your address books and allow lists.
- Let us know you have read the forum rules and guidelines by posting here. Your forum membership will not be accepted, if you do not post a message. We want to make sure that all new members are aware of the forum's rules and that they will be respectable & active members of SDF. Plus, we'd like to get to know you better.
